can u get prego with a copper iud if so what r the symptoms?

hi im 24 year old and i have the copper iud 2 year now but for the last three month. my cycles have very weird each month they have 2 days late and my most recent one was a week late they usually come on time i been getting sick lately very bad headache, my breast be tender, i keep feeling like something moveing around in my belly i have really bad cramps when im not on my cycle i've been vomiting only in the morning and if im not throwing up then im nauseaous. also when i come on start off spoting brown blood and then its become bright the at the end dark again. could i be pregrant ps its also feel like im pms all the time
