Welcome to ehealthforum,
Pregnancy is a possibility if there is spontaneous recanalization of the fallopian tubes (due to ligature/clamps falling off). The symptoms that you describe (delayed periods, sore breasts, mood changes, frequent urination) could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Wait and watch for your next periods. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
I myself have had a tubal ligation 9 years ago. i was 23 when i had it done, thinking i didn't want any more kids, i have 2 now, one is 12 and my other is 8. I have since gotten remarried and my husband now has no children of his own. I know the chances are slim, but this past month, my period was very abnormal for me. i usually bleed heavy for 2 days, but this month i did not. it only lasted for about a day and 1/2 with spotting lasting for about 3 days i guess it was. I have been feeling light headed and dizzy after i eat with a bit extra when i burp. I threw up the other day after eating, my breasts seem to be more sensitive then normal and i feel slight cramping in my lower abdomen. My period this month also started 2 days late, and they usually pretty normal and predictable. Like the first girl, i have the Filshie clips. it's been almost 9 years since i have been pregnant, so all these feelings are "new" to me. i very easy pregnancies the first two times, so some of the stuff i am feeling and going through right now are all new to me so i didn't know if there was a chance i am pregnant or not.
Hi I just turned 24 and I had gotten the flishie clips at 22 but immediately after the surgery it began to experience pain after a year I got under the knife again to see what was happening. Found out that the left one came of but I never have gotten pregnant. My doctor said that now when flishie lips are put on they cauterized and burn your tubes witch is not what I wanted nor did I think they could do that since I'm so young. Well my question is has anyone here gotten the clips and have been ligated as well. Also I had regular periods before now after getting the clip out my periods come very late like 16 passed do or more. Not sure if I'm prego now
