Can u get pregant giving oral sex in the shower?

So it's my 10th day of my menstrual cycle (my menstrual cycle is pretty accurate.. It just varies in length at times but mostly around 30 days), my boyfriend and I took a shower together in the afternoon. He erected and we kissed in the shower and the tip of his penis touched the outside of my vagina. Then, I gave him a bj and before he "came", he put his finger inside my vagina (he did not touch his penis before He did this). After this I continued to give him a bj until he came inside my mouth. I spit most of it out, and semen did not run along the shower water on my body. However, I rinsed my mouth again and I have no clue if there's still semen in my mouth and if that mouthful of water ran down my body and reached my vagina. Later on we continued our shower and we shared towels. He used it first, and when I used it, I only dried the outside of my vagina as usual. During the whole shower, we haven't had sexual intercourse. Is my chance of pregnancy high after all this? I want an answer soon so that my worries won't delay my due date for the next menstruation.
