Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

If once the hymen is broken or torn it is usually not possible for the thin membrane to grow again as it is just a covering in the vaginal opening.
It is a very thin structure and can be broken by any means as cycling, swimming, exercising other than intercourse. Now days for reconstructing hymen many surgical options are available.
Hope it helps!
