so my periods have always started the same time every month, and lately i have been having extremely sore boobs and mild cramps, but now its a week before my period was supposed to start and im bleeding and its not very light but its not as heavy as my periods usually are so i can't tell if its my period or "spotting" i have had extremely bad cramps all day too. and lately the bottom part of my stomach is really tight feeling, if im pregnant i will be about a month. i don't know whats going on, can anyone help??
