im 21 years old. im 5 feet tall. i weigh 135 pounds...when i was 16 i weighed 100 106 at the most. which is normal for my height. so in 5 years ive gained 30 pounds!! half of it has been in the last 2 years. i eat pretty healthy. i drink probably a gallon of water a day. in the past two years i stopped eating fast food. ive been eating healthier. ive been going to the gym one maybe two days a week for an hour. and im still gaining weight. i dont drink soda, i dont eat candy. ive been eating the same amount of food when i was 16. and to top it off i have stretch marks up the wazoo. i dont get it!!

Unfortunately, as we get older we may not be able to eat what we ate when we were 16 when our bodies were still growing and using more calories.

Do you go to the doctor regularly? Have you had your hormones, such as your thyroid checked? Are you on any medications? Are you under a lot of stress? Do you sleep enough? Go talk to your doctor and have some medical things checked out.

i m sorry but i feel like your weight is close to perfect for your height. here's a weight and height chart. if you are over weight it's by a small margin. so small i dont know why you would complain.

do you have a small, medium, or large frame?
