Me and my girlfriend of 1 year had sex in the beginning almost 3 times a day all the time, it has declined over the year which i figured was normal. We had a drought of no sex for a while because of our schedules and now when we try i cant stay hard! For oral and before sex i am hard and good and ready, but then when i put the condom on and put him in it goes limp. The first time it happened it was really HOT in the room and i hate heat it made me uncomfortable honestly, but it must have stayed in my head and now thats ALL i think about. All i do is try to stay hard when i put the condom on and start penetrating. She is getting SO depressed and upset with me because she thinks its her! She wont talk to me, and she gets mad at me. I tried telling to her an trying to make her understand that i love her and its not her! She just doesn't believe me and is set on believing that its her. I love her to death and want to spend the rest of my life with her and hate that she is thinking all of this. I don't know what to do! Sad How can i get over these mind games and mental issues i have before and during sex??

See Corndog14's post just below.

Its all in your head. Relax and enjoy. If you stress out you won't be able to perform. Talk to your GF again and try an help her understand that you're stressed about it and thats the issue... not her.

If she REALLY wants to help see if she'll give you a long slow massage with oil and relaxing music. Then when you're ~really~ relaxed she if she can get you hard.

RELAX! DON'T STRESS!
