I can't stand the feeling or even the thought of touching fabric or paper with my fingernails. It send shivers down my spine and makes my mouth feel as though a were pulling wet fabric between my teeth. I can't stand it anymore! The worst thing is paper, but I can semi-control that, but my fingernails touch fabric all the time, the worst is wet fabric. I walk around with my hands balled into fists so I won't accidentally touch anything. This is so not normal.... Any advice or suggestions as to what it might be?
