I have a cold now and I always keep getting that really sneezy feeling in my nose, however for over a week, I haven't sneezed once naturally. It's frustrating. I tried making myself sneeze a few times and it cleared the feeling and the annoying mucus in my nose, but I only sneeze once at I time and I try not to make myself sneeze too often so the annoying sneezy feeling keeps coming back like a minute after. How can I just have one of those natural sneezing fits just to get all the junk out my nose?
