I cant sleep at night at all. I dont feel tired at all in anyway, but i still yawn and look tired. When i try and get an early night i cant sleep. I recently noticed that once when i was dreaming i awoke and didnt open my eyes as they were already open. So i was day dreaming instead of sleeping. I now try and keep my eyes closed all the time until i fall asleep, but i just end up lying there for hours. I dont drink anything fizzy or anything like that at night, i just have a glass of milk or pure orange juce before brushing my teeth and going to bed.
I have also noticed that i find it hard to feel comfortable at night when trying to get to sleep, i sleep with two pillows in a double bed as i get to hot and squashed in a single. One of the pillows is one of the ones that slowly shapes against your neck like a spondge. I rearange my pillows and move so i lay from straight to diagonally in bed and back again and can never find a comfortable place in the bed to fall a sleep in. I am comfortable eneough to a certain extent,, i could lay there fo hours, but never comfy enough to fall asleep. Even if i do find a comfortable enough place to fall asleep i still dont fall asleep.
i also have isues getting to sleep, i find that doing exersies in the early eveing helps to make me phisicly tird and therefore helps me to get to sleep more easerly. it may may be a good idea if you see your docter as it may be that there is an underling medical isue. in the meentime try using meditation or relasation texneeks to help you body and mind relax into sleep.
