Q: Can't seem to get pregnant

me and my husband have been trying for another baby for about 6 months we already have a 2yr old togather but it seems like i cant get pregnant what can i do

It's not uncommon for it to take a year to conceive. Don't worry just yet. You are a couple of proven fertility. Your problem could be stress, especially with your two-year-old in the house. Stress is really bad for fertility.

Before you go off and get a bunch of expensive tests, treatments, and all that, do some research about things you can do to increase your chances of conception. Things like your husband wearing boxers, not having sex too often because it can deplete his sperm count, and you both reducing your stress levels. Get an ovulation kit at the drugstore. Get someone to watch your child for the weekend and either go away somewhere nice and relaxing or spend a romantic weekend at home alone together. Remember that this is a time of togetherness and love. Having a baby isn't a project that has to be done on a deadline. It will happen when it happens.
