Q: Can't pull foreskin back when flaccid or erect

I can pull it back a little bit when flaccid and at the tip of my penis theres a pretty big circle. but not big enough to fitthe glans thorugh. i also cant pull it back when erect/

how can i get it back?

You could try stretching it gradually using water-based lubricants. If you don't have any success with that, try consulting your doctor. There are prescription solutions or surgical treatments available for that condition if needed.
