okay a few months ago I started feeling sick every time after eating... I lost 20 pounds in 2-3 months while still eating a regular 3 meals a day plus snacks and having little exercise... now i'm not getting sick anymore after eating but I have to eat at least 5 times a day to maintain my weight. I have almost no appetite so I'm forcing myself to eat just so I won't lose anymore weight. I've been eating lots of junk food and fatty things but it's not helping any I'm staying between 99 and 104 pounds. Does anyone know what could be causing this weight loss?

Since you say you are getting sick after you eat, I would wonder about some sort of allergy or food intolerance, which can happen at any time in your life. Something like lactose intolerance or a gluten intolerance could make your stomach hurt really often because those foods are in a LOT of processed foods that we eat. (My kids are both allergic to dairy, and trying to eliminate dairy from a diet is very difficult).

Have you been to a doctor yet?

I do have lactose intolerance but I am not getting sick after I eat anymore and it didn't make my stomach hurt it was more of a feeling like I was gonna puke and it happened with any food I ate other than crackers... I haven't been to a doctor yet but I'm gonna try to go soon.

Hi
I had these same symptoms and had to go to a gastro Dr. I had helicobacter pylori. (H. pylori), if not treated it can lead to ulcers and stomach cancer, thats the scarry part. A round of antibiotics cured me. You may not have this, but I'd at least say see your primary care physican and tell him your symptoms. No appetite, the bouts of blowing chunks for a while there, not being able to maintain your weight. Eat more lean protein. You probably have a supafast metabolism! KEep us posted!
