First of all, congrats on your success so far!

Plateaus suck in diets. Your body has made a nice little equilibrium for itself. Because you've been losing weight, the amount of calories you normally burn throughout the day has lowered because you're not working as hard to get around, so you may need to make some minor changes in order to get back on track. It's also a possibility that you're losing weight, but gaining muscle and since muscle weighs more, your progress doesn't show on the scale.

Try switching things up a little. You can switch your diet around a little bit (Only if you're comfortable. If what you're doing works then stick with it!), but what you can really change is your workout schedule. Try picking up something new like swimming or start up a habit of taking a nice walk later on during the day. It doesn't need to be an extreme change.

I'm not sure what your diet is like, but considering your recent success I'm sure just a small tweak with your exercise habits and you'll be back to losing weight.

Good luck!

Depending on how it is you lost weight, there are explanations why you ceased to continue to lose weight.

If you lost weight by dieting significantly, your body will attempt to balance out the nutritional/energy intake and try to conserve what it can by slowing your metabolism. If you lost weight through this way, assuming you've exceeded healthy limitations, I don't recommend you pursue dropping the calories.

If you lost weight by exercising appropriately, and have continued the same schedule over the course of the last year, your body has also adapted to its "daily ritual". Remember that your body was made to survive, and does everything it can to excel at something given enough practice. If you continued the same exercise regiment for so long, your body has gotten used to it and learned to produce the same effect of exercise with minimal amounts of energy loss. This is known as habituation. In order to have your body get the best work out, you need to continuously alter and change what you are going and "trick" your body.
