For over two years now I have not been able to have sex without it being associated with pain, numbness, and tingling in both of my feet. The harder the sex the worse the pain....it got to the point where I could only have the weakest sex ever and its still like that. I've know that I've had Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and lower back problems with the L4, L5 and S1 regions. I just found out that I have flat feet and a arch support finally made my feet warm for the first time in two years and I bought a lumbar support but I'm still having problems and I'm very sick of this. It has something to do with the nerves that go from the spinal cord to the feet because after I have sex these symptoms go on for weeks and when I'm sitting they get a lot worse. I'm just 39 and want to live a life but cant since I can never have sex without pain to my feet.....PLEASE HELP !! ( I dont have health insurance and no money for the doctor)
