Thank you for your question on ehealthforum.com

Erection is dependant on physical and also psychological factors. Erectile dysfunction can happen in stressful situations, general health problems apart from conditions affecting the genitalia.

It is known to be common in young people and also around 40 years of age when there is an associated stress. General examination, hormonal assays will definitely help in finding the cause of dysfunction, if they are all normal and stress was the only factor present at that time, then it can be decisively concluded that stress is the cause for dysfunction. So, please consult your doctor/ sexual health medical practitioner for the advice and examination. Thank you.
