Please help! I just had another baby and I cant get orgasms anymore. I use to be able to orgasm usualy 9 out of 10 times, especially if I was on top. Now, even when I am on top I get extra wet & loose to the point where i cant feel how hard my man is. I get frustrated and end up giving up. Literally, I'm dripping wet. I've tried even taking showers right before(thinking that this would help) and nope! I do feel stretched out since giving birth, but its so frustrating! I miss our old sex life. What can I do? We've tried different positions and nothing is working...
Thanks.

I can relate to some of what you're going through. I just remember the midwives and my teachers saying pelvic floor exercises. Doesn't sound appealing but that way you'll feel your man again. Not sure about the extra moisture. i get it too. i feel like a fountain. Hopefully someone else may have the answer.

I was just going to say...are you doing Kegel exercises? That will help a little more. When you practice them regularly, you will feel him better and his movements more.

How long is a sexual act with your husband? Is he giving oral beforehand? If so, stop that! If you're taking a long time...maybe quicken it up a little because the more your stimulated, the more lubrication you will produce.

I suggest kegal excersises too. You can even practice them while you are going up and down on his penis. I know its sounds more like a chore, but it can feel really good for you and him. Plus you can feel how tight you are buy gripping him.

So you can flex when just his head is inside and do it again when hes all the way in. Then find a time for yourself where you can do them. Like while watching tv, doing the dishes, or at a red light.
