I'm sure this is anxiety related... I go through the days lately not being able to get a "deep breath". Then if I take a long deep yawn I feel like I've filled my lungs and I'm ok again for a while. Is there a way to stop this from happening? (...I can't make my house sell in a no-sell market, the weather is just unbearable lately but I certainly can't control that, it's year-end at work and I can't change that!) Any ideas??

It is DEFINITELY anxiety related. I feel so bad for you because I know exactly what you are going through. I had this for YEARS and even though I was diagnosed with anxiety a long time ago, it still scared me to think I wasn't breahting properly. I went thru all the steps to convince myself I wasn't dying. I had ECG's and echocardiograms and I did a treadmill test and pulmonary function tests. The doctor FINALLY convinced me it wasn't real and for whatever reason when I finally believed it was just me I actually had it stop happening. Anxiety is the mots annoying disorder in the world. It's pointless and a waste of time for sure, but don't worry. There is help out there.
