Hi im enquiring on what i should do to gain weight.
I am 17 5ft4" 40kg and no matter what i do i cant gain weight. I have tryed eating a lot of protein whilst going to the gym to turn any fat into muscle to gain weight, i have tryed eating carbohydrates and protein e.g. potatoes, chicken whilst not at the gym. I do a lot of walking though as of college and other things.
Are there any ideas to what i should do!!!
