Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
From your description, you seem to be suffering from eating disorder. Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa are the two common eating disorders classified in DSM-IV besides binge eating disorder .The central tendency is an intense fear of becoming overweight due to which patient indulges in abnormal eating habits and behaviour. The diagnosis of bulimia seems more plausible with your description but the final diagnosis requires detailed interview by a psychiatrist.
As the detrimental effects of eating disorders are immense usually caused by severe electrolyte disturbances, cardiac arrhythmias, amenorrhea, fertility issues, depression ,hypothermia, low bone density with associated risk of stress fractures, congestive heart failure, poor peer relations, low self esteem, suicidal tendencies and even death; you must not delay medical assistance and see your psychiatric specialist who may like to evaluate you with questionnaires for disordered eating behaviors and cognitions and if required institute a treatment regimen by a multidisciplinary team to help your cause.
I hope that I have been of help. Take care.
