Q: Can't control anxiety

lately i seem to getting stressed out and have these symtoms find it hard to breath left arm goes tight with muscle pain pains in chest and numbness ive been to the doctor who refered me to a nerurologist for my headaches but i seem really anxious and cannot control my anxiety and this is making me feel really really ill

Those are all symptoms of anxiety. Did your doctor check out your heart? I am sorry you are going through this. I understand. The numbness could be a pinched nerve. Ask your doctor about that.

Yes he checked and said it was fine he also says i have migranes but i cant stop thinking of the worst till i have the tests but hopefully i hope everything will be ok
