Welcome to ehealthforum,
Flu like symptoms are associated with pregnancy (many women experience this). Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If periods do not start within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect chances of pregnancy, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Could I possibly be pregnant or am I over thinking?
Hello, quick question! I am on birth control but that is the only method of protection we use, I have a very normal period that arrives the same time every month and usually lasts 3-4 days, but this month it didn't even last 24hr with cramping (I rarely cramp) and within a few hours it had practically disappeared and that is very not normal for me. The last few days, I have had white discharge that has a faint smell, and I have been sneezing like crazy the last 5 days or so (its rare for me to sneeze, especially more than once at a time). I have also been really irritable, at first I thought It was because I was going to start my period but then it only lasted a few hours, now about 10 days after I'm still easily irritated and extremely tired. It doesn't matter how much I sleep, a couple hours later I could easily take a nap.. I'm also a little more hungry than usual! I will eat and then 30 minutes later I'm hungry again and sometimes eating makes me nauseated. I have a while to go until my next period, so I'm not sure if I can test yet. Do you think I could be possibly pregnant?
