thank you for help :) i just wanted to know can pregnancy be stopped in its early stage with just medicines? can it be done secretly?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is not safe to go ahead with abortion without assistance of your treating doctor/gynecologist. If pregnancy is confirmed, go ahead with visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation (to see if there are any contraindications for prescribing you the medications). You should be in constant supervision and monitoring of your treating doctor/gynecologist if the medication for MTP is prescribed to you (as uncontrolled bleeding and side effects can become life threatening).
