Q: Can paternity test be forced?

I am engaged to a great man and have been for years, we let a friend of ours move in with us for a few months and it ended terribly. Now the friend is grasping at straws and trying to use anything to seek revenge... he is asking for a paternity test, obviously my fiance is on the birth certificate. I am wondering if I am denying him one can he take me to court and force one on me even tho my childs certificate is already signed?

Doesn't matter...if you two had a relationship and he wants a paternity test...then let it be @ his expense.

We slept together months before I got pregnant when my fiance and I were seperated, he is only now using this against me becase he is upset I want nothing to do with him and to try and hurt me and my fiance.
I want nothing to do with him my fiance is on the certificate, I belive he is just using the courts for a way of harassment and I don't want to submit my child for any form of testing that is not needed.
