I will like to make the following enquiry"is it possible for me to have a daughter with blood group of B+,when i am O+ and my wife is O+"

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Usually, if both parents are with blood group O +ve, then the child should also have the same blood group. It is also difficult to prove/disprove paternity or maternity based on only ABO blood typing. Visit your doctor or her gynecologist for further clarification and assistance.
