So this seems funny but my husband and I are usually sexually active everyday but for the past 2 weeks he has been sick so no sex and I didnt masterbate. So any way Ive had this massive headache all day and my husband and I had sex finally and the headache went away so could it of been the no sex that caused it?

First time I have heard that from a woman but men who are used to having sex regularly that have to take an enforced break often report a dull tension-type headache along with other symptoms.

Other things cause headaches too - most of us are caffeine addicts and can suffer headaches if we don't get our required daily "fix"...
Drinking a lot of coffee at the weekend and then being unable to do so while at work on Monday often leads to caffeine withdrawal, headache and general mallaise. Similarly being away on holiday and being unable to have that extra cup of strong coffee makes the first day or two of a holiday less pleasant...
