Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Perimenopausal symptoms can vary in every woman and some common ones are change in the pattern, flow and duration of bleeding, irregular bleeding sometimes associated with clots, night sweats, fatigue, decreased libido, headaches etc.

Until the periods stop completely for a one year duration avoid unprotected intercourse as pregnancy chances are possible.

If you have any unusual symptoms or persistent blood clots then consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
