Hi, I've read in a forum that quite a few men are able to squirt intensely like women do. Furthermore, they said is a different kind of orgasm. The fluid that came out was the same like female ejaculation and they can fill about 1/4 cup it. However there isnt much discussion about it. How is this medically proven or is there more to the anatomy of the penis?

I'm really amazed and curious. I really hope that there is some technique available out there for guys to be able to do that. Any ideas?
