Can Labyrinthitis last as long as 2 months ? or come back ?

2 months ago i had a Labyrinthitis ( inner ear infection ) with the dizziness and the slight tube pain , and it went away in about 3 days , but for the past 3 weeks i feel the same symptoms but with light nausea ( no vomiting ) dizziness and headaches that go until the eyes . In the past 3 weeks there is only 5 days that i dint feel any head tension or pain .

My question is : Can Labyrinthitis last as long as 2 months ? or come back ?

The dizziness occurs when i am in a crowded place such as a mall or store .
I don't know if this can help but i have an anxiety disorder as well .
