I am having really bad cramps and maybe it would be better if the pressure wasn't there.

my cramps were pretty bad for my first period after an abortion as well- but it is completely safe to use tampons at this time. i tried not using them for a day thinking it would be less pressure too- but it really didn't make a difference so i went back to tampons.
