I am very sorry to hear of your troubles. If this is indeed true and you do have a fetus that has dies and its inside of you, you need to get it out. I just took my best freind last year for the exact same reason. Only she's in her 40's and was NOT trying to get pregnant. After the ultrasound, she was scheduled immediately and I took the the following afternoon. There is not fetal heartbeat, so the best thing for you is a DNC. This would eliminate the fetus and surrounding sac, look at it as starting a new nest. Again, my heart goes out to you, because i know how very much you wanted this baby. But believe me, you'll want the next one just as much. HUGS....F*GM
