My tsh level is 47 and how to reduce it and will i be pregnant.T3 and T4 are in normal range. How can i make my TSH level in normal range ? Planning to have kids next near,does this effect my pregnancy?Please help.

Abnormal TSH levels can cause problems of infertility and period related problems. You might need additional tests to look for free T3 and free T4 values which would give an exact picture of the problem.
