Can I get pregnant from this? Please help.

Hello, I'm 13 years old and afraid that I might be pregnant.

You see, on May 11th, my period ended. My period lasted 6-7 days. I'm only 13 so my cycles are a bit irregular. On May 12, I saw a couple half wet/half dry white stains on my basement couch. I think they were semen, but I'm not 100% sure. You see, my brother was downstairs right before I was...So I wasn't thinking and I touched it, then I wiped it on the couch a little bit. My fingers were almost dry, and then I scratched/rubbed the upper part of my vagina where pubic hair grows (Is that the "mons"?). Now, I washed my hands, but I also touched the clitoris and vaginal area of the vagina. I'm scared because I'm not sure which I did first (I believe it was washing my hands but I'm not sure). I'm not sure if you can get pregnant from that but I have been having symptoms like being bloated and abdominal pain, being short of breath, and I also had a little bit of bleeding around 5 days after this occurred. I am not sure if I'm just getting symptoms of pregnancy because I'm so scared (I hope so) or maybe it's PMS or if I am pregnant. Please help me. I'm so scared and I love my parents so much...I don't want to do this to them. Please help me. Thank you.
