Can I Get Pregnant After Tubal Ligation

4 years ago I let my husband and my family talk me into getting my tubes tie because of my career. I want a baby more than anything, especially now that I am getting older (31). But my insurance will not pay for the reversal. Is there a possibility that I can get pregnant anyway? Please help.
