Q: can i conceive again

i had an abortion sometimes on 1st of February and had my period twice in that month, also had my period on 12th of march and now instead of seeing my period my period on the 12th of April, i have being having clotted blood for past 7days now. i have done pregnancy test and it proved negative but i don't understand my system. can i still conceive.
