Take a home pregnancy test!!!

I want to take a test but mayb i should wait ah couple more days.. cuz im onli 2 days late.. i mean what do you think? is the symptoms pregnancy or jus period?

The test should show up if your already 2 days late! You can wait if you want to but since your already late there really is no reason to wait any longer.

I totally understand why you want to wait (I always freak out about testing too early). Another way to look at it is, you can test at 14 days after sex. You're well within both time frames. You can also take an early response test, or get a packet of two and take one now and another one in a couple of days. Good luck!

Hi Reptar.. Thanks for understanding.. I've always took a test and the results seemed 2 me to be maybe 2 early.. But on friday after work i was suppose 2 have sum drinks w/ a friend but it was on my consicious 2 bad 2 not test and take a chance @ drinking while i was preg.. So.................... i took a test, two in fact.. And both to my surprise and excitement were "POSITIVE".. Congrats 2 me!!!! Its weird b/c all the symtoms i have feel now i didnt feel w/ my son.. But now im jus anxious 2 kno' the sex.. Hopefully its a gurl... Ill be putting more updated information as i get further along.. If ne women have ne pregnancy related question or symptoms and r wondering what if?? I may be able 2 be a little help.. THanks everyone

Hey dazedandconfused!!! Thanks!!! Well as u kno' i aint no doc but i dont mind giving you advice from my experience @ all... For one me and my dude had been having unprotected sex for like 1 1/2 yrs. and nuthen. Every month i would be like im sick i think im pregnant and sure enough but period would be rite behind.. This may not be 100% true but sumtimes, us women can sike our mind into thinkin we are pregnant or want to be pregnant sooooo much that our bodies go into that mode when we're not.. But 2 things for you, 1 is have you ever used that ovulation/fertility calendar? Its free online.. Go to google.. Type in ovulation calendar and then u'll click on one.. They want you to put in the date of ur last period and then it'll give u dates of when you should be most fertile or ovulating.. I think that is what will help yall the most.. Try having sex every other day, if possible on the day u're ovulating. Me and my boyfrd had sex the day before i was ovulating and here i am 2 mos pregnant .. Another way 2 kno' when u're ovulating is u get ah creamy like, mucous kinda discharge and/or u become very horny.. 2 wks after and before ur missed period.. Have you came on ur cycle for this month? Well ill quit blabbing now.. Hope my information was/is useful.. And keep me updated..

actually i have good news! i think we must have done something right last month, cuz i'm pregnant!!!!! we're both sooo excited, and now i'll be visiting the threads with tips on pregnancy, and of course regular DRs visits

I'd suggest that you get a pregnant test and ovulating predictor kit in a supermarket or online.
