i'm just curious if hypoglycemia is something that can "randomly" happen to my body. Recently i've been feel shaky, weak and tired, nauseous and blurred vision. My diet schedule is not the best due to school and work full time. I was told by my doctor that i have low vitamins, im not sure that this could be the reason i feel the way i do...

I have a friend that is hypoglycemic, and when she has her attacks, its bad. I haven't had an "attack" persae, but i really have nothing to compare to.
