Hi, I have not been officially diagnosed with hypoclycemia but I am pretty sure it is what I have. Its something Ive had since I can remember but only recently have I discovered what it was.
My question is I have had bad skin, acne like, since I was about 13,Im now 25, I was wondering if anybody else had the same problem or knows if the two are linked in some way?
I have been trying my best to start eating a low gi diet were I can and I think I can see an improvement in my skin, but its very hard to stick especially as I have two small children.

This is probably the case, it can be a pretty common symptom, especially if you notice the acne appearing in areas like the legs and upper back, though it can appear elsewhere. Gladular areas like the armpits are also common, but moreso for guys.
