Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Weight loss pills are usually not advisable for losing weight as the weight loss is not sustained and is associated with different side effects as increased heart rate, nervousness, insomnia, restlessness, int eraction with drugs, stomach disorders etc. Most of the natural weight loss pills are also not recommended by FDA for use.
Exercise and diet control is the only best and safe method toose weight.
IF you are still interested in pills consider visiting your Physician who can give prescription weight loss pills after evaluating the BP.

Take Care!
