hi my period is 4 days late the week my period was supposed to come on i was having my normal symptons of the tender breasts and a little cramps every now and then. my boyfriend and i had sex the day my period was suppose to come on and now its late and my breasts are still a little swollen and i am gettin cramps but my period is still not on. is it because my boyfriend and i knocked it off track then i have read that if you haev done a lot of exercise it could knock it off track because i was doin alot of it the week my period was suppose to come on..right now i do not kno what to think could you give me some advice?? thanks

Welcome to ehealthforum.
Stress can cause periods to get delayed. Wait and watch for your periods. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of your actual expected period dates, then consider getting evaluation done by your gynecologist. Pregnancy is possible with unprotected intercourse before your periods start if you had a very late ovulation in your cycle.
