We went for 18 week ultrasound and had two different tech look the first one said he was sure it was lil girl the second one wathced from afar and agreed then she took a look for and said she didn't thikn we should be painting a room pink. Then we went for a 3d ultra sound and they told us 100 % girl but i can't see how this lil swiggle on the screen made it a girl but i am also not trained in this either . I am happy either way but i can't knock this feeling that it's not a lil girl.. i really really really really think it is a lil boy.... so much to the point i can't bring myself to do a girl nursary cause i really think we are going to be surprised with a lil boy not a lil girl.. Is this werid to have such a strong feeling about something ??

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

USG scans and that also 3d ones give a good idea about the gender of the baby.If it is showing as a girl then chances of being a girl are high.intutions do occur in pregnancy but they cannot be relied on.

Hope this helps!
