Can breathing too hard without stopping cause...
White lips, rapid pulse, eye stinging, fainting, and facial swelling? You really need to use your brain on this question this ain't no joke! Doctors can you confirm the truth? glance

Also can this lead to allergic reaction?

I cannot confirm all the symptoms you listed but breathing hard for long periods of time- on purpose or due to emotional stress, not caused by physical exertion- is hyperventilation which can result in dizziness and fainting. It also messes with a person's carbon dioxide level in the blood which can cause circulation problems; that might explain the white lips.
