Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these marks?

These marks appeared the first time in my balls sack and progressively moved and increased their size to what you see now down on my leg.

They've literally moved, where they previously were its clean, they been slowing moving constantly and increasing in size within weeks.

They might look like bites from a dog but they're not and that's another thing that intrigues me, being the fact they ate identical to each other and with a very specific shape.
