Can anyone get me a solution to milia?

I was told by skin care specialist who examined my skin that i have milia. Initially before going to meet her, i was using doxycycline and panoxyl 5% with sebamed soap. But she told me to use BioN antibacterial and whitehead controller, i used it for 6months but i didnt see any result. Currently i am back to what i was using before.
But i usually notice that my urine is yellow in colour. This has been present for almost more than a year now.
Can anybody give me a clue as to my real problem and probably prescribe a solution.
