Hello and welcome to E health Forum.

Sometimes stress and inflammation resulting due to surgery can cause delay in the periods, especially in individuals with complications during the surgery, or if you have a low body weight and undernourished (BMI less than 18). You seem to have a BMI of 17.71 which is underweight, which could be the reason for your delayed periods.

You might consider to consult your doctor or a OB/GYN who can examine you and rule out other causes.
‎
You may need a few blood tests and a ultrasound of the abdomen (If deemed necessary)‎

I hope this helps
