I am not a doctor, but yes, just like a woman can get pregnant with just one ovary. When you want to get pregnant, sex every second or third day may be advisable to allow fresh sperm to build up after ejaculation.

MY 1 TESTICLE IS REMOVED I M 23....SO NW MY SPERM COUNT HAS ALSO REDUCED N I FIND DIFFICULT TO IJACULATE DURING INTERCOURSE...IS IT DAT I CANT PREGNANT A WOMAN???
