Q: Can a Bruised Cervix cause more painful periods? Or pregnant?

I had sex with a very large guy who lasted about 30 minutes a week ago. We used a condom, and I am on the pill (although I had been taking it irregularly). I had lower abdominal pain for about 24 hours afterward, and now I am due for my period in 3 days. I thought the pain was because of bruising due to his large size and stamina.
Now, I have started to have very painful cramps in my lower stomach and back even though I am not yet on my period. The cramps are unusually painful, and I usually don't have any discomfort before my period comes. Could I be pregnant? Or are the cramps due to a bruised cervix?
Thanks so much!

I could be that your servix is bruised. Although, I don't get periods I have serious lower abdominal pain. We to the doc and found out my cervix is bruised. Hurt like a son of a *****.

please see your doctor
i have herpes type II, they can misdiagnose as bladder or UTI infections Sad it happened just like the above. please see a doctor and request a test. Dont be scared either. its nothing big, but this "could" be a sign of it Sad
