Can a Blood test be wrong?

I was given a blood test because I have a lot of symptoms of anemia including, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, extreme fatigue, dry skin, ridged nails, darkness under eyes, pale skin, etc,

The test results came back saying there was no problem. Is it possible that blood tests can somehow be wrong?
