Calf muscle pain

Calf muscle pain over 3 weeks..not localized. No lump, bump, or redness. No known injury. I have history of PVD with aortobifemoral bypass in 2001 and redo aortobifemoral bypass in 2005. Had MRA with contrast of abdomen with runoff 1 week ago. My doctor called to tell me that there was "some narrowing but no blockage". My calf is still painful. I have been sitting with my leg elevated and it hurts if the calf touches the ottoman or pillow. Do You have any advice ? My primary physician just gave me the results and nothing else.
