We are trying to conceive, and i want this more than anything! so before i go getting all excited, just want to make sure we are doing our math right.

my last cycle started september 22nd, and date of conception would have been october 8th. if this is correct, are you really only two weeks pregnant at time of missed period? or am i doing something wrong?

That seems about right. it's hard to say because you didn't say how long your cycle normally is. In a 'normal" 28 day menstral cycle, with the first day of your last period on the 22 of sept, the estimated days of ovulation were from october3 through oct. 8th... "normally" about 2 weeks before your next period!

Have you taken an at home pregnancy test yet?

GOoD LUCK!!
